TORQORA Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and permitted use

By using TORQORA you agree to these terms. Use the application lawfully and do not disrupt the service, impersonate another person, automate abusive traffic, bypass security or advertising controls, falsify purchases, or access records that are not yours.

2. Automotive guidance

Maintenance dates, health indicators, OCR results, recall lookups, and repair guidance can be incomplete or wrong because vehicles, regions, and service histories differ. TORQORA does not replace the vehicle manufacturer's instructions, an official recall notice, a qualified mechanic, emergency services, or professional inspection.

Do not continue a task when the vehicle is unsafe, the instructions do not match the vehicle, a required tool or protective measure is missing, or the task involves a safety-critical system beyond your competence.

3. Accounts and synchronized data

You are responsible for protecting your email account and TORQORA password and for the accuracy of records you enter. Email-and-password authentication is provided without Google Sign-In. Cloud synchronization is optional and network-dependent.

4. Advertising and Pro

The Free version may show advertising on eligible surfaces. Rewarded advertising is optional and the offered benefit is shown before the ad starts. A valid server-verified monthly or lifetime Pro entitlement removes advertising and unlocks the Pro features described in the purchase screen.

Google Play shows the binding price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund information before purchase. Pending, expired, refunded, revoked, or unverifiable purchases do not create active Pro access. A cancelled monthly subscription may remain active until the paid period ends.

5. Availability and changes

Features can change or be temporarily unavailable because of device, network, provider, safety, maintenance, or legal conditions. TORQORA may correct data, disable unsafe content, or suspend abusive access. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
