1. What the TORQORA app account means

For TORQORA, the app account is the app-scoped membership and profile, together with the records and private files associated with it in TORQORA-specific schemas and storage paths. The shared Supabase Auth user is a sign-in credential, not the TORQORA app account.

Deleting the TORQORA app account makes that app account cease to exist and removes the TORQORA data described below. It does not delete a sibling application account or its data.

2. Delete from inside TORQORA

While signed in, open TORQORA, go to Settings, open Cloud and synchronization, choose 'TORQORA uygulama hesabımı sil' (Delete my TORQORA app account), review the scope, and confirm.

The self-service action blocks the app-scoped membership, removes receipt objects from the user's private TORQORA storage path, and deletes the profile, vehicles, maintenance schedules and records, receipt metadata, warranties, guide bookmarks, guide progress, and Pro entitlement. The current TORQORA installation is then signed out.

3. Request deletion without app access

Email zenovaappsteam@gmail.com from the address linked to your TORQORA sign-in with the subject 'Delete my TORQORA app account'. State that you want deletion of your TORQORA app account and associated data. Limited verification may be requested to prevent deletion of another person's records.

Do not send a password, purchase token, payment-card information, or identity document unless a lawful and clearly explained verification process specifically requires it. A support-assisted request follows the same TORQORA app-account scope.

4. Device-only data and shared sign-in credential

Deleting the TORQORA app account does not delete records stored only on the device. Use the separate local-data reset action if you also want to remove local TORQORA records, receipt files, and scheduled notifications. Copies exported or shared to another application are controlled by that destination.

The action preserves the shared Supabase Auth sign-in credential solely because the same email-and-password credential may be used by another application in the shared project. It does not preserve the deleted TORQORA app account, profile, cloud records, or Pro entitlement. If you later sign in to TORQORA again, that explicit action creates a new TORQORA app account and profile.

5. Purchases and limited retained records

Deleting the TORQORA app account removes its current Pro entitlement but does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel an active subscription in Google Play. A later explicit restore can re-bind an eligible purchase to a newly created TORQORA app account.

The direct account binding is removed from retained Google Play purchase and audit rows. Limited purchase hashes and audit status may still be retained when necessary to process a refund or chargeback, prevent fraud, meet accounting requirements, or comply with law. TORQORA does not retain raw Play purchase tokens, linked tokens, or raw Google order identifiers in its application tables.
